盛杰先生，39歲，自2022年6月起擔(dān)任FF Global Partners LLC的運(yùn)營(yíng)和財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)。FF Global Partners LLC全資控股的子公司FF Top是公司最大的股東。盛先生在2018年10月至2022年6月期間擔(dān)任中國(guó)航油（歐洲）有限公司的副總經(jīng)理，該公司是新加坡交易所上市公司中國(guó)航油（新加坡）股份有限公司（"CAO"）的全資子公司，而CAO又是中國(guó)航空油料集團(tuán)公司（"CNAF"）的控股子公司。中國(guó)航空油料集團(tuán)公司是一家財(cái)富500強(qiáng)企業(yè)，也是中國(guó)最大的國(guó)有航空油料供應(yīng)商，是集中國(guó)航空油品采購(gòu)、運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存、質(zhì)量管理、銷(xiāo)售、加注為一體的航油供應(yīng)商。
盛先生在2008年10月至2018年10月期間擔(dān)任中國(guó)航油（北美）有限公司的財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)，該公司也是中國(guó)航空油料集團(tuán)的全資子公司，負(fù)責(zé)在北美進(jìn)行航空燃料采購(gòu)，供應(yīng)航空油料，并從事通用航空相關(guān)事業(yè)。盛先生于2008年畢業(yè)于University of Essex主修會(huì)計(jì)和金融經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)并獲得碩士學(xué)位。
