紐約2019年1月12日電 /美通社/ -- 埃森哲宣布,埃森哲董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官南佩德(Pierre Nanterme)因2016年7月已披露的個人健康原因離任,即日生效。埃森哲董事會任命埃森哲首席財務(wù)官大衛(wèi)·羅蘭(David Rowland)擔(dān)任臨時首席執(zhí)行官,并出任埃森哲董事會董事。同時,埃森哲首席獨立董事瑪吉·馬格納(Marge Magner)被任命為公司非執(zhí)行董事長。埃森哲還任命埃森哲財務(wù)運營負責(zé)人麥克盧爾(KC McClure)擔(dān)任首席財務(wù)官。南佩德將繼續(xù)擔(dān)任埃森哲首席執(zhí)行官的顧問。
